MISSION/VISION
Integrated Medical Foundation's mission is to improve healthcare through patient education and community outreach. IMF is a nonprofit organization which provides free educational and outreach programs, as well as free cancer screenings and patient support groups consistent with the health care needs of the community. IMF will strive to exceed the expectations of those it serves and maintain standards of the highest quality while promoting awareness, early detection and support services.
